The System Health Score is a key performance indicator (KPI), that allows you to evaluate risk to your assets, or across your fleet of assets. The health score is measured from 0 to 10, with 10 being the lowest risk, and 5 representing the median. System Health Score is a measure of relative risk based on: - Risk Management, including Software Updates and KBAs. - Incident Management, including Service Calls - Lifecycle Management, by evaluating the lifecycle status of your assets.
