DeltaV Modernization: RS3 System Migration with DeltaV Flex.Connect Solutions

In this video, we showcase how a major mining customer successfully migrated their outdated RS3 system using Emerson's innovative solutions. The team implemented DeltaV Electronic Marshalling with CHARMS technology, seamlessly integrating the new system into existing RS3 cabinets without disturbing the field wiring. DeltaV Flex.Connect cables were preinstalled and tested from the CHARMS terminal blocks to passive RS3 marshalling panels, ensuring a smooth transition.
