Integrate On-line Analytical Measurements to Optimize Biomanufacturing

Zuwei Jin demonstrates integrating an on-line spectral analyzer into the new DeltaV PK controller to provide improved control of the growth environment of a bioreactor. Companies are moving quality measurements from the lab to in-line to react more quickly to upsets and to avoid other operational problems by applying Process Analytical Technology solutions. Zuwei will demonstrate how to incorporate the measurements from a spectrographic analytical device into a PK controller to provide closed loop glucose control.
