Learn how toroidal conductivity sensors work. In viscous fluids or fluids with suspended solids, the most common method for inline conductivity measurement is toroidal conductivity. Toroidal sensors feature two parallel toroids that work together to measure the fluid’s conductivity. Another type of conductivity sensor is the flow-through toroidal sensor. This non-invasive sensor requires liquid-to-metal contact between the liquid sensor and the process fluid. Emerson offers a variety of Rosemount toroidal conductivity sensors to help improve your processes. Learn more at: http://emr.as/r2LC50QAXfC
