The team implemented DeltaV Electronic Marshalling with CHARMS technology, seamlessly integrating the new system into existing RS3 cabinets without disturbing the field wiring. DeltaV Flex.Connect cables were preinstalled and tested from the CHARMS terminal blocks to passive RS3 marshalling panels, ensuring a smooth transition. These creative approaches provided a quick turnaround, avoiding the need for additional DCS cabinets in an already tight rack room, demonstrating efficiency and expertise.
