In this video, Theo at Emerson Cluj will guide you through the procedure to replace the main diaphragm and the balance diaphragm on the new Fisher LS200. Along the way the pad disc and orifice can also be replaced. The Type LS200 is the newest product to the Emerson Portfolio. It is a completely new design regulator with a priority placed on maintenance and performance during design. It has a balanced trim design to maximize inlet pressure ratings, and thus, maximizes capacity. It is ideal for high flow gas distribution low pressure (class 150) applications and high gas flow fast speed of response industrial applications.
