The Rosemount CT2211 Aerosol Microleak Detection System is an automated, inline leak tester that uses high-resolution quantum cascade laser technology to detect a wide range of propellants and reject individual leaking aerosol cans in real time without stopping or disrupting the production line. Delivering the market’s highest operating speed and detection accuracy, the Rosemount CT2211 can detect up to 600 cans per minute and sense trace gases and leaks as small as 2 x 10-3 mBar l/s at 20 °C.
